Maureen the Ultranaut

I don't know how strict I'll be with this character generation, usually I am much more about making the character you want to play, because you could wind up playing them for years. That is one of the great things about RPG's is that they can provide years of entertainment with one game, and playing it again, often it is never the same game twice.

With Mauri, I'm going to go for a space marine type, maybe cyborg or something. Could be a nemesis, or NPC.

Had to turn on dice.

Book says to roll 2d6 and place them where you like, or to roll 2d6 and place in the order that they were rolled. I also have experimented with rolling 12 dice and putting pairs were one likes. Another way is to take 42 and add 7 to either skills or characteristics, as sort of a point buy, maybe I'll make another thread for that. After rolling and placing characteristics (which I often call simply "stats") then figure dice modifiers or DM's.

So probably take the 2d6 rolls, and only swap the 8 and 7 at the end. So UPP is 799687, with +1 on both dex and end. She is from Epsilon Eridani in the Tau Ceti Zone, a Sidereal, or "People of the Stars". She gets 3 0 lvl skills, and I will pick those at the end, so as to not waste them. The flow chart would work as a list too, I should make that for the game.

She is a Scout, kind of fitting that the first character I make becomes a Scout.

Basic skills: Pilot, Survival, Mechanic, Astrogation, Vacc Suit, and Gun Combat.
